PetsOnline is based in the UK and supplies pet items worldwide from a wide range of manufacturers.
Our ranges are added to on a regular basis and we offer many items from some of the major suppliers and designers. Our aim is to supply good quality items at a fair price with a fair markup for our company.
Standard posting and packaging is based on the weight of the order (grams) and will show in the order details before payment is required.
We process orders within 24 hours (excl Weekends and Bank Holidays. Orders after 5pm on a Friday will be processed Monday am) and ship second class to keep postage costs to a minimum - you can therefore expect to receive your item 3 - 4 working days after purchase. If your item has not been received within 10 working days then please contact us - email@example.com For orders outwith the UK shipping usually takes 5-10 working days but can take up to 25 working days in more remote areas.
Our stock level is updated daily. If an item goes out of stock between your placing an order and us receiving it we will let you know and ask you if you are happy to wait for the item to return to stock. If the item is part of a multi-item order then we will send the bulk of the order and forward the missing item when available at no additional cost.
Secure Ordering and Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards via the secure servers of trusted online payment processor - Stripe. Your payment card details are not given to us and we cannot access them via Stripe. They confirm to us that the details supplied have been verified and the address is confirmed.
If you wish to return an item you must advise us within 14 days of receiving the order and include a reason for the return. Once you have notified us you should return the item within the next 14 days. Please note that we do not cover postage costs and it is recommended that items are returned via Recorded or tracked mail to ensure safe receipt. All non-faulty returns must be in original condition and include all original item packaging. Upon receipt the item will be checked and your refund processed within 14 days.
We are an established business, have pride in our quality products and aim to provide a happy purchase experience - we are happy to answer any questions before, during and after sales.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
